My Story

On April 25-May 2, 2015 I will traveling with Love A Child to serve the people of Haiti as a Missionary Nurse.  I am so excited about this priviledge to  be a missionary nurse again as I was in Kenya Africa in 2000.  In 2009, Hand of Hope funded the building of a medical clinic, which is staffed and supported by Love A Child. This clinic is recognized by the Haitian government as one of the best medical clinics in all of Haiti. After the 2010 Haiti earthquake, the main local hospital in the city referred hundreds of the earthquake victims to this clinic to receive lifesaving treatment. I will be in Haiti one-week in the medical/dental clinic.  Patients came from surrounding areas to receive the free treatment provided by our volunteer team. For some, this is most likely the only time they would be able to obtain medication because they could not afford it otherwise. With the free gift of medicine, the team was able to reach out to more than 2,600 people with the love of Christ in 2014.

Please support me with your donation and prayer as I get a new passport, many immunizations and pack my suitcase.
